About Guiding Edge Group

I have over 25 years of diverse leadership and coaching experience: I’ve transitioned from individual contributor to manager, navigated teams through SaaS hyper-growth with multiple M&As, built and led regional and global teams of ranging from 5 to >100 heads and now operate as Founder/CEO. I've also trained and coached in 1:1 and team sporting environments.  

During my varied career I have been fortunate to have been coached by some outstanding leaders (and some not so much!), this instilled a determination in me to ensure I became as effective as possible once my leadership journey started. I know how rewarding being an effective leader can be, for yourself and your teams and this is why I am passionate about enabling new and aspiring leaders to develop skills and best practice, helping them to build confidence, values and a robust leadership practice that will serve them throughout their careers. 

By combining growth and coaching mindsets from both sport and business with established, data driven development models I have successfully built high performance, high morale effective teams across multiple verticals. During a decade of Customer Success and Support leadership, I discovered that effectively leading your customers is as important as leading your people in order to achieve sustainable growth, and so Guiding Edge Group also offers specialised solutions for Customer Success functions.

I am a trained facilitator for Kouzes & Posner’s Leadership Challenge®, a certified LPI® Coach and a trained facilitator for the Table Group's 5 Dysfunctions of Team®, 6 Types of Working Genius® and The Advantage® solutions. I'm is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute, The Institute for Leadership and Management and The Association for Coaching.
